REGISTRATION
How do I make an account?
You will need to complete a registration form and provide us with a copy of your seller’s permit, business license or tax ID to Miraluxeinc@gmail.com. This verification and approval process can take up to 3 business days. If after 3 business days if you do not receive a confirmation email, feel free to contact us at (213)677-2421 or email at Miraluxeinc@gmail.com
I am an international retailer; how do I make an account?
For international customers, we will need some additional information for your registration to be approved. You will need to send us a copy of your ID, a copy of the front and back of your credit card, and a copy of your seller’s permit, business license or tax ID to Miraluxeinc@gmail.com .
I don't have a business, or a store, or an online shopping site. Can I still purchase your products?
We can only sell our products to those who have a seller’s permit.
How can I get a copy of my receipt/invoice?
Once your order has been processed, our system will automatically send you an email confirmation of your order and order status. If you do not receive an email, please contact us and a customer service representative will provide you with one.

What payment options are available?
We only accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
When will my credit card be charged?
The payment will be processed in 1-2 days once you check out. You will receive an e-mail with the order number confirming it has been successful. Please note that once your payment has been process, depending on the bank, the transaction may show on your statement within 3-5 business days.
ORDERS
No cancellations accepted after shipment. Returns are accepted within 7 days from confirmed order delivery date, on unopened packages with original manufacturer`s seal. No returns for special orders. Returns subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customer will assume return shipping costs
How can I check my order?
You can always check your recent order by going to My Orders. If you think there is an order missing or you can't find the one that you're looking, please let us know
Is there a minimum amount to place an order?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately to request a cancellation. We ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible. To cancel or make changes to an order we encourage you to call or e-mail us ASAP

SHIPPING
All shipments must be made to a valid address within the United States and Canada. PO Boxes and international addresses (excluding Canada) are invalid.
Customers are held responsible for paying all duties, taxes, customs fees, and other fees for their merchandise.
Duties on goods can vary widely depending on the product and the country in which it was manufactured in.
Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.
All orders placed before 1:00pm PST with a valid credit card will be shipped out the same day.
Orders placed after 1:00pm PST will ship out on the following business day.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
If your credit card is declined, your order will be shipped only when payment is cleared.
If your payment is not processed in a timely manner, we may cancel your order at our discretion.
SHIPPING TIMELINE
We try our best to ship out your orders on the same day, but with a high volume of orders it may take up to 48 hours when all items are in stock. Usually if we receive the orders before 1:00 PM PST, there is a higher chance that your order will be shipped out the same day. If you urgently need your order, you can always make a special request to our sales representative by leaving us a comment on the check-out box or by via e-mail and phone. We will try our best but we cannot make any guarantees because it will vary with how long the queue is.
The UPS pick-up truck always arrives by 3:30PM PST, we must prepare all shipments by this time. If you order after 1:00 PM PST we might not be able to prepare it on time. In this case, the shipment will be shipped out the following business day.
